Partyvacation for americans
I live in Sweden and Mallorca in Spain is a very popular place for swedes if you like sunbathing and partying.

My question is where in or outside USA do I find the best place for such activities?

I would say that Miami's South Beach is what you'd be looking for here in the US.

Mary is exactly right. South Beach is the place to be.

I would also recommend Cancun, Mexico as an alternative.

While there's no beach for sunbathing, if you're looking for party spirit, you'd have to include New Orleans. How about this a trip across the US:
South Beach (Miami,FL) New Orleans LA to Las Vegas NV to Los Angeles -and visit Venice Beach there.

Key West for partying seems to be very popular--beaches aren't much, but there certainly is a lot of sun!
