There are thousands of places in Manhattan that are not expense account restaurants.

Someone treated to us to Tocqueville last night. The food was excellent and the service was impecable. Our host likes to talk with the servers and they handled him with great equanimity.

Yelp looks like a good resource for places in Queens, The reviewers seemed young by their pcitures.
