Orlando area 3 to 4 bedroom unit

We will be going to Orlando in April and would like to rent a 3 to 4 br unit near WDW. I am wondering if anyone has a recommendation. We have 4-5 adults and two preschoolers. We want a nice pool and a kitchen and room! Any suggestions? I do like new too!( and reasonably priced)

sunshinegirl53,
In the "Search the Forums" box, type in the term Orlando villa and you will get lots of recommendations.

Thank you ..I did do that but didnt find many recent ones. I know Orlando and WDW area have grown tremendously. We have always stayed on property but would like to do a non disney vacation but like the resorts of Orlando, Kissimmee and Lake Buena Vista...just so many to choose from.....

Whatever you do - do not stay in Kissimmee. It is so tacky and the fact that tourists go there still boggles by mind. Yes, it is close to WDW, that's about it.

We've stayed in a 3-Bedroom condo at Windsor Hills a couple of times and loved it. The accomodations were comfortable and the pool was lovely. It was pretty convenient to WDW too, with a car. We rented through www.tonylopes.com and received excellent service - no complaints what so ever. Someone mentioned that Kissimmee is tacky and I will say that the business district around Windsor Hills was like that. Windsor Hills is a gated community so I certainly felt safe enough though. And it was nice to have some non-Disney restaurants (less expensive) available. We ate at a breakfast buffet at the Ponderosa that wasn't fancy but it was inexpensive and filling prior to going to one of the water parks.

We are staying on the Formosa Gardens estate over Easter & I understand that it is supposed to be a good area. Have you tried www.vrbo.com there are hundreds all prices & a wide area.
