Have no personal knowledge - but looked at the web site and they don;t list any travel options except local ones (and a tone of those).
So it looks as if you first need to get to Baltimore (Amtrak?) and then take local transport via directioins on the web site.

MARC runs a bus back to at least one metrorail station in DC, so yes, you can get back. schedule for train is at mtamaryland.com, I think, or something like that. select the marc link. I think the train from union station takes about an hour to camden yards in baltimore, but some trains are express and fast; others slow. You can buy a ticket on the train, but you'll be hit for an extra $3. Buy it in union station. I take marc every day to get to work - nice and reasonably-priced.

We did this two years ago and frankly it was just easier to drive there. Parking is relatively cheap ($10). Glad we did drive because the game ended in the 3rd inning because of rain. Thank goodness we could get back home without standing in the pouring rain like some people we saw waiting for trams or busses.
