I am flying in from Miami. Tired of the flat lands. Love fall foliage colors. Love the ocean. Traveling from October 14 through 23. Where to fly in, stay, eat, fall foliage routes? Anything. Driving is ok.

That's pretty late for most of New England. Did you have a location in mind?

A year ago I had a wonderful tour of New England out of Boston. It was Cosmos escorted tour, but you can look up the itinerary there. We hit the peak, the colors were just unbeleivable.

Last year we flew into Burlington, VT and explored VT, Western Mass, and western Conn, then flew out of Hartfort. It was a lot of driving (and no beach) but a delightful trip. We loved every minute!

You might just miss peak foliage by Oct 14 for NH's lakes region. You could give it a try. Fly into MHT Manchester NH and stay in the Lake Winnipesaukee area for a couple of nights. That's close enough for an easy drive thru the mountains. Then head over to the coast. I think the prettiest drive would be to go back down to Concord and then over to Portsmouth via Rt 4. Take a foliage cruise on the inland rivers out of Portsmouth. Then start exploring as you head south. You should really like Rhode Island and south of Boston. Last year we took a side route from Providence north to Worcester instead of taking Rt 95 because we wanted to avoid football game traffic on Columbus Day weekend.
But the better option for color might be to fly into Providence's airport. There are great restaurants in Providence. Check to see if they plan to have waterfire. Visit Newport etc. If you could fly into MHT and out of Providence, that would be perfect. If not, the two airports are only about 2 hours apart. There will still be colorful leaves in NH but more golden and less oranges and reds. Sometimes there is a surprising pocket of color late. It's different every year and can depend on the weather. I've heard people swear that peak occured on a certain day in a certain place. Just one night made all the difference. But to me, it's several weeks of wonderful color.

Have you considered Nova Scotia?
