Oahu Winter Snorkeling?

I'll be in Oahu February 22-28 and snorkeling ia a top priority. I know winter surf on the North Shore knocks out many places. I've already planned a trip to Hanauma Bay. The snorkel hawaii website highly recommends Electric Beach, Kuilima Cove and Kaena Beach. My question is are these places usually OK during February? Kuilima Cove is at Turtle Bay, but the website indicates it's protected from winter swells. Is there a website or something I can check while in Oahu for beach conditions? Since my time is limited I'd hate to drive to one of these spots only to find conditions unswimmable.
