NYC - Picasso Restaurant?
Has anyone eaten at this Spanish Restaurant? If so, would you recommend it?

On East 56th Street? If so, It is fair at best. Even though I live nearby, I would never eat there again - just nothing to recommend it.

Skip it ... with zillions of great options in Manhattan alone, you can do much better.

Yes, it's on E 56th St. Recommend a good place for Paella - before theatre?

My favorite paella in the city can be found at La Paella in the East Village, 9th Street just east of 3rd Avenue.

Eat there & then take a cab north to your theater.
