not over this hill yet...
Looking for a vacation idea for 10 couples all in our late 40's. We have taken 5 cruises together and two AI. Loved both. This time around, we are looking for an AI somewhere warm for next Feb, early March.
Want good food, good beaches and a bit of night life. Not too crazy about crowded disco's anymore, but still up to the challange.
Any suggestions?

I don't have a reply for you, but it might help others if you list where you've already gone, since it sounds like you don't want to repeat where you've already been. That will also give people a good idea of what you've liked in the past. Also, how much money do you want to spend and how long are you going for? Where are you leaving from? If you live in New York and have 4 days with a $2000 budget per couple, we probably wouldn't suggest Hawaii. You may also want to post on the Caribbean board. Hopefully some more specifics will get you great suggestions.

Not the reply you wanted, but another suggestion:
State what you need to know in your title.
I guess you want info on "all inclusives", and not mountain biking or hiking. I'd bet there's many readers who could make good suggestions who've skipped right over this thread with the cryptic title. Good luck.

Well the weather's nice in Mexico that time of year. Puerto Vallarta or Playa del Carmen (depending on where you're coming from, PV is closer west coast US or Playa easier from the east coast).

I would immediately say Playa del Carmen too--loads of stuff to do, cave diving (snorkeling), beaches, ecoparks, ruins, condos/hotels that are inexpensive to very expensive, terrific restaurants, and varied night life.
