Hey GC, more than just people from NH call people from Massachusetts "massholes"
All others in New England also get to call them massholes!
Fall River, Mass =
FOUL RIVER, Mass
Lynn, Mass =
Lynn Lynn, City of Sin
South End neighborhood of Boston =
Rear End
Bay Village neighborhood of Boston =
Gay Village

Calli: Kansas City calls itself Cowtown (despite the derogatory intent). It's all over from a local T-shirt store named "Cowtown T's", to websites, to columns in the newspaper about "Cowtown Information", etc.
"Something": the name "Oz" for Australia has nothing to do with the Wizard of Oz. It's a phonetic nickname. Australia is abbreviated AUS, and with an accent it sounds like "Ozz". Australians are called Aussies, which to the ears of Americans sounds like "Ozzies".
