There are a few hotel casinos on Boulder St. If you are heading east on Tropicana, you'll eventually hit Boulder. The area surrounding Sam Boyd stadium is residential and not too many options. You could try Sam's Town on Boulder. Also, if you are actually in Vegas to go to Sam Boyd stadium, I suggest you locate the stadium first. I never actually thought a stadium would be hard to find.

The Super 8 Boulder isn't bad...not sure about the coffee pot though, casino hotels want you to get out of your room and down into the casino in the morning and have been reluctant to jump on the coffeepot bandwagon.
You might check the motels in Henderson, just a 10 min drive to the stadium.

You can get good rates at Sams Town most of the time. Also check Boulder Station. The advice of joesorce is good too, Sam Boyd is off of Russell Rd and that is kind of the dividing line between Vegas and Henderson. Check rates at the Fiesta Henderson, from there to the stadium is only about a 10-15 minute drive. I would stay away from any small motels on Boulder Hwy, not a great area, but Sams Town is fine or Boulder Station as mentioned.
