I require some help for the following if any of you could be so kind as to oblige ;

I am travelling from france to New York , staying a few days & then setting off to see my brother who lives in ottowa.
I need info on how i would get from new york to ottowa , train , plane or hiring a car - what would u suggest ?

I think a plane is your best option--car or train would take a long time. There's a train from NYC to Montreal that takes nine hours and is well-known for delays of many hours on top of that. By car it would be an all-day drive.

If you were going to do a search for "Ottowa" or "Ootowa" you likely wouldn't find much. The correct spelling is Ottawa.

I clicked on this just because I wondered where the exotic-sounding "ootowa" was!

Agreed that flying is really your only choice. The train is really not an option - the trip would be interminable. It would also be a long one-day drive for one person - and I believe there are significant charges in renting a car in the US and dropping off in Canada.
