Are you heading to the south this August? Are you going to Biltmore in Asheville? It is hot in the south, but not unbearable...I am about 3 1/2 hours from Asheville. It's beautiful there, and with the mountains, it's a little cooler.

That doesn't even touch on the Society Hill, Old City or Rittenhouse Square areas or Chestnut Hill or Manayunk or Reading Terminal Market or Chinatown or...

Ok. I'm convinced!!!

In mid-September we're going to New York for most of 3 days (been several times) and Philadelphia for 4 days (never been).

Flying to NY and back from PHL. Train between the two.

Ok? Ok?

Have you checked what kind of weather to expect in February?

I once spent a year in Philadelphia, I think it was on a Sunday. W.C. Fields

I LOVED Philly!! I was there for a week on business, and I still had time to discover the museums and historical sites. LOVED IT!

San Antonio is awesome, PDB3. You will enjoy it. You MUST do a day trip to Fredericksburg, especially if you like little boutiques and shopping. There are also 17 or so wineries within easy driving distance of Fredericksburg. It is about an hour NW from San Antonio. Of course, Austin should not be missed, either, if you have the time and a car.

Here is official website: http://www.sanantoniocvb.com/

Also...Love Sea World! Gotta go if you're in San Antonio!!

Have fun!!!
