Not according to their website, which says:
"The Museum will close at 5 p.m. on December 24 and December 31, but will be open on December 25 and January 1."

The Museum at Eldridge Street (in the restored Eldridge Street Synagogue on the Lower East Side) appears to be open and has "Klez for Kids" concerts going on:

FYI, one of the reasons that the Lower East Side became a retail mecca is that it was the only area that was exempt (officially or unofficially, I'm not sure) from blue laws, so everyone in the city came there to shop on Sundays.

Through an unusal set of circumstances we will have a very diverse group tomorrow. We plan to go Golden Unicorn for dim sum (Jing Fong has a private party) and then to Eldridge Street Synagogue where they have a klezmer wedding.
