txroz. is that your budget per day for one person (I assume you have hotel taken care of)?
You can spend as much or as little as you want per day in New York.
You can eat pizza for lunch (2.50 a slice) or cheap chinese food ($5-8) or $100 for a fine meal with wine.
Theater tickets will cost between $25 (some off-off broadway) and $100 or more. You can get some Broadway shows discounted to about $50-75 per ticket
Museums and other sites range from free to $25 per person.

A good all-inclusive dinner in the theater district is the Cite wine dinner. It's $75 per person for 3 courses plus 4 wines, and the last time I was there (a few years ago) the food was good.
