New Segway Tours in San Francisco

I saw this on TV this morning and thought those of you planning to visit San Francisco might be interested. Apparently they have been in business for about three months. Here's the website:

Wow, that's the best idea I have heard of in years. I took a walking tour of Berlin a few years ago and my feet and groin hurt for weeks later. Doing it on a segway would be fantastic.

We saw a Segway tour group at Fisherman's Wharf the day after Thanksgiving. It looked like a lot of fun.

I saw the same report. Sounds like fun. He mentioned going down Lombard St. WEEEEEE!

I've heard of several Segway accidents in New Orleans. Be sure you know what you're doing before you climb on one!

I saw the same segment, Giovanna, and started a thread on this board to which no one replied. So here's a bit more info that I copied from the thread: "Just saw a segment on a local TV news program about Segway tours in SF. Guided tours go across the waterfront from the Wharf to the Palace of Fine Arts, last three hours (including half an hour of instruction), and cost $65. Check it out at www.sfelectrictour.com"
