Monteleone has been around forever and ever. It has a great reputation and I'd grab it for sure, ShaeC. The Quarter is expensive but I'd rather stay within it than anywhere else...such as getting a great savings, but at NoTell Motel on Airline Hwy. You will get a feel for what the Vieux Carre is all about--it's like no other place I know.
