New England Aquarium whale watch stroller policy
It's late. I would just call them, but it's too late and I'm heading out early in the morning to entertain guests!
Does anyone know if there is a place to stash a stroller at the NE Aquarium in Boston? I am planning to do a whale watch tomorrow and know they have a "no stroller" policy, but don't want to abandon the thing altogether, as it will come in handy for naptime in the late afternoon. Any help much appreciated.

I guess it's too late for you to get any real answer. I'm just sitting here thinking about a harried mom who was still up after 1 this morning, who is today on a big excursion with a kid of stroller age. I'm wondering whom that stroller will come in handy for this afternoonn, the kid or the mom?
Hope it all worked out, cantstayathome.

Thanks, Neopolitan. Even up at 1, I'm rarely harried! Turns out I forgot the stroller, anyway....
For anyone who ever has this question again, apparently you can take a stroller on (the website says "no strollers allowed"), you just have to keep it folded up and out of the way. Was contemplating taking it along for other walking around during the day and dumping it at my office or in the car. Ended up not needing it anyway - ah, they grow up so fast!
And for anyone even remotely considering going on a whale watch - GO! This year is one of the best seasons they've had in a very long time. We saw about two dozen whales (virtually all humpbacks) - lots of feeding activity. A seal joined us for a few minutes, too. My kiddo loved it (especially the mommy whale and baby whale that we saw first). I hadn't been on one in a long time and it really was nice to take a day off and enjoy the city for once. Wish people would come to visit more often....

Glad you had a good time. I am seeing more and more places with posted no stroller policies - my kids are way past stroller age - and I attribute this to the explosion in size and mass of big SUS (sports utility strollers). Not sure why a 20 pound kids needs a 150 pound stroller with 3 cup holders for parent and 2 for the kid unless they are planning a party in the stroller.
