Never been to St George
Hello, My husband and I will be visiting St. George in mid October we have 3 days and was hoping to visit some of the parks. He has a bad back so we are limited on hiking. 2 miles a day would probably be max. Maybe a mile to the site and a mile back, something like that. Car vistas ecetra work too. If lodging at one of parks works better we are willing. I have know idea where to start. Thank you. Vicki

With 3 days, I would skip St. George entirely.
Spend a day/night in Bryce. There are a lot of viewpoints with minimal walking for your husband.
Spend 2 days/nights in Zion. There are some easy/level paths. The Riverside walk is about 2 miles round trip. Pa'rus trail is paved and level. There are some other short trails (Grotto, Weeping Rock, Lower Emerald Pool) that may work as well. Highly recommend you stay inside the park at Zion to simplify the shuttle rides. If you stay in Springdale, you will either have to drive into the park and grab a shuttle, or take the town shuttle to the park then transfer to the park shuttle.
