Need restaurant recommendations for Ponte Vedra Beach
My family and I will be going to the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club for the spring break week. We would like advice on restaurants in the area. We prefer chef owned/led, fresh and local ingredients, and simply prepared. There isn't much on this forum regarding Ponte Vedra so I hope someone can help me. Any other suggestions while we are in the area are greatly appreciated too! Thank you in advance.

I have been to the Aqua Grill and McKenzie's in PVB once each, and had great meals at each (both are in the same shopping complex near the Sawgrass Marriott). However, one friend who goes to McKenzie's a lot says the service tends to be slow.
For a more laid-back and cheaper meal, you could try Lulu's or Barbara Jean's on the Intracoastal Waterway.
I recommend the Spa at the PVIC! There are other choices a bit farther north in Jacksonville Beach, but unfortunately some that I like are chains (Roy's & Bonefish). Some others I have been too have closed (condos being built on the site!).
Have a great trip.
