National Digital COVID Vaccine Card
I just heard about this yesterday. Today I installed the app for my state and set up an account.
It was really easy to do, other than the photo, which took me about a dozen attempts before my face could be matched up with my Driver's License photo.

I'm not sure if it will help with an upcoming trip to Portugal, but it's easier than having to carry my CDC card around, and it gives a face to my vaccination card.

Wow, congrats! Unfortunately for those of us who live in Florida, it's not an option. Well, I suppose those who got their shots somewhere like a Walgreens or CVS perhaps. But alas, DH and I were among those long car lines back in January 2021.
