Naples -casual restaurants

Lots of recommendations for fancy restaurants on this site. Looking for casual, lighter fare but good on rt 41.area. around 4100 taimini (sp) trail.

thanks

Randy's Fishmarket. It's right on 41, Naples Park. On the left if you're heading north.

Sushi Thai, a few blocks further south (same side of the street), isn't bad. Not the best Thai I've ever had, but not bad.

Reuben's is in the Pavilion shopping center at the corner of Vanderbilt Beach Road and 41. The food's inconsistent, but it's family friendly and when the food's good, it's really good.

I'd like to hear others.

Just thought of one more: Sunburst Cafe. It's in the Target shopping center on Pine Ridge and Airport-Pulling Roads. Breakfast is really good, sandwiches are fine, muffins to die for, coffee is adequate.

One note if you eat there with kids: the servings on the kid's menu will feed at least 2 kids.

Strongly second the recommendation for Randy's Fish Market Cafe. Also Fernandez de Bull, Cuban near the airport, and The Fish House on Bonita Beach Road, left going to the beach. Wonderful outside seating along the water, good fried fish etc.
Randy's has outstanding potato salad, mediocre hush puppies, delicious oysters, and really good key lime pie.

How casual?

Taco Ardiente does a good job on the food, but there is no atmosphere.

randy's has been recommended by several people and is on our list to try.
