Napa wedding in Feb 07 - hotels?
My sister is getting married at Auberge du Soleil but I am looking for some recommendations for other lodging in varying price ranges for guests. She's planning on providing a shuttle for guests, so proximity to Auberge du Soleil is a consideration. Also, what can we expect weatherwise that time of year?

Weatherwise, the winter is the rainy season. This year winter has extended through April and we've had rain for more than 2 straight months, essentially. So, if it is not raining, it will probably be in the 50s and 60s and clear at that time of year.
As for lodging, Yountville, a town near Rutherford, where the Auberge is located, has a bunch of options, including two B&Bs that are part of the Four Sisters Inn group. There is also the Villagio in Yountville and the Vintage Inn, I believe.

Let's see-Auberge is a tad east of Rutherford off the Silverado Trail
which parallels the main drag through the Napa Valley, Hwy 29.
From the North Rutherford is about 20 minutes from Calistoga and less than 10 mins from St. Helena.
From the south, Rutherford is less than
10 mins from Yountville and about 20
minutes from the town of Napa.
Napa town will have the gamut of hotels from
chians to B&B's. There is a Marriot property in Sonoma but I doubt any of your guests will want to drive all the way over there from Rutherford, so check out the Marriot in Napa. It's also avail on Priceline.
In Rutherford, your sis might consider
Rancho Caymus as a place for her guests-
may be some good deals in Feb as it's off-season.
Other Napa Valley lodging choices can be seen here:

Congrats to your sister !

When I was staying in Calistoga, I noticed the Best Western Stevenson Manor. It had a great location and looked very nice for a budget-minded traveler. It gets good reviews as well. Personally, if I were going to go out there for a special event, I would get the best place that I could afford, although I would never pay for a room at Auberge, lol.
