Mystere seats, sec 103, row B, too close?

I called to get tickets for Mystere, Nov 30, and they offered me sec 103, row B, are these too close? Thanks.

Ask them to fax a seating chart. We sat pretty close and I don't remember it being an issue, but if the seats are too far off to the side you may miss some things. The second time we saw it we sat in the second section, first row - best seats!

I'm in the Cirque du Soleil fan club and I've 7 different shows. I always sit in the 2nd level center. You miss alot sitting too close to the stage - alot of action takes place way up top.
You get a more global view from the 2nd level.

Thanks, Sect 103 is the bottom center section, row B, the second row. I was thinking I might be looking straight up in the air. So, should I ask for section 203, first row? Thanks.

Hey, Mitch, please tell me your favorite show. I've seen Le Nouba twice and I only liked a few parts of it. Are Mystere and O better? I'll be going to Las Vegas next year and want to see one of them.

I went on the hotel web site and printed a copy of the seating chart before I called for reservations. Mine were in the lower section , a little to the side of center stage and they were very good seats. You can change your seats, within 24 hours of the show if better seats become availab. AT least that is what I did a couple of years ago. They allowed cancellations and rebooking at that time.

Although I have not seen Mystere, I have seen 3 other Cirque shows. The best seats I've had were for La Nouba when I sat in the wheelchair seats at the top of section 103. This is all they had available but they turned out to be incredible seats.

Row B 103 will potentially give you a sore neck because 60% of the action of many Cirque shows takes place about 35 feet above the stage. On the bright side, you will have a very intimate experience.

Thanks Jake, I think I will call back and get the seats changed. I thought it seemed like we would be sitting in the front of the movie theater, and looking up for entire show. I appreciate the info.

I'm with Jake, you might be a bit too close. We were 2nd row of the 2nd level and had great seats.

Postal, to answer your question: in my opinion, Dralion is the best Cirque du Soleil show. I've seen 7 different shows - O, Mystere, Dralion, La Nouba, Quidam, Varekai, Alegria. I've seen them at different venues - Vegas, Orlando, Miami, Biloxi, and Montreal.
