Mulligan's is my very favorite hamburger joint on the beach road in Nags Head in the Outer Banks. Soft shell crab sandwiches are amazing there. We go there at the beginning (before we can get into the rental house) and end (after we check out and are ready to drive home) of the 2 wks we spend every summer in the Outer banks, a family tradition. Thanks for reminding me of it!
