Moving back to CNY

Hubby and I are moving back home to CNY from Georgia and the one place we will miss is Summmits Wayside Tavern in Snellville. The beer selection is phenomenal...was wondering if any Fodorites in CNY know of any place that may compare or even come close.

I didn't mean to sound as if there weren't other places and things we'd miss about Georgia..we've loved it here, it's just that it's not "home" if you know what I mean.

Welcome back mrsd2fan!
CNY is pretty big as you well know. Can you pinpoint your relocation yet.
(I suppose you will be enjoying the Dinosaur Bar B Que once again.)

Central New York-Syracuse area to be more precise. But anywhere in the CNY area is fine with me.

Well, there's always "Jenny" (I went to school in CNY - Cornell!). Does Genesee beer still exist?

* Go to www.realbeer.com
* Click on the link for "Breweries and Pubs."
* Type in your city/state info
* Search

I then take the results that I get from there, plug them in google, and access the websites directly.

CHEERS.
