Sorry to contradict previous posters' opinions of Savannah, but we've found that city to be unbelievably friendly both times we visited. The first time a hurricane was headed straight for the city and the whole town was boarding up. A waitress at a local breakfast joint apologized profusely to us because the hurricane was literally running us out of town!
Least friendly is probably Boca Raton Florida, which is where I've lived for the past 14 years! Horribly rude and unhappy bunch of people.
