more time in Yountville vs. Healdsburg??
** Splitting up previously posted message w/ too many subjects, sorry.
My husband and I are planning a trip to San Francisco and Northern CA wine country for a week in late Aug. We will be in San Fran during the weekend and almost all time spent in the wine country will be during the weekdays.
We have a resvs. in Healdsburg mon and tuesday night and are thinking we will be in Yountville for wed, thurs, fri.
Another option we were thinking through is staying at the Villagio only thurs and friday and adding wed night on to the Healdsburg stay. Any opinions on that? Better to have more time in Napa or Sonoma? I think we’ll have a great time either way, but advice would be good.
Is Villagio in Yountville worth the $$$ ? (Getting quote for $330 for wed & thurs, and $365 for fri.) It is in our buget, looks great on the website and has good feedback here, but wondering what people thought of the spa. We were also looking at the specials and they have a one night $450 spa special that looks affordable since two massages and the room rate are included in the cost. Any other good hotels in Yountville with nice spas?
Thanks in advance!!
