Take the #7 train at the Times Square, 5th Avenue or Grand Central station to 33rd St in Queens. The museum is at 33rd and Queens Blvd.

The #7 stops at Times Square, but I don't believe it stops at Grand Central. If you're at the latter, take the shuttle (the subway version, that is) to Times Square and then pick up the 7.

Thanks, Rob. After we visit the MOMA there, how do we get to Astoria for the Greek meal, then back to Times Square?

Subway to Astoria from MOMA is the N or W train from Queensboro Plaza. It may be easier to get a cab to Astoria and take the N or W back to Times Sqaure.
