We liked Moab Brewery.
Jailhouse Cafe is great for breakfast and breakfast is the only time they are even open.
We like a place called Hogi Yogi. They had good smoothies, chinese bowls, and sandwiches. A strange combination but good for an inexpensive quick lunch.
If you are adventurous see: www.deserthighlights.com
It is my all time favorite thing I have ever done in a national park, and that include rafting the Grand Canyon. I have been on two outings with them.
