MIrage or MGM Grand?

Which of these hotels would be better for a pool & young adults? We are interested in gambling and shopping. Thanks!

In 2009 we stayed in Mirage - nice rooms, great pool area. I recommend it 100%.

We stayed at the Mirage a few weeks ago - our room was really nice and so is the pool. It's a nice location on the strip, too.
