Mirage Hotel pool question

Can someone confirm that the Mirage has 3 waterslides in their pool? We stayed there a decade ago and have been going to the Bellagio and MGM but I just read that they had some waterslides that I know my boys would love. Thank you.

Why not ask the Mirage? they are online at www.mirage.com or call the 800 number.

The pool at The Mirage does have 3 water slides. One of them is very big and the other two are smaller. It's a beautiful pool. Actually it's more like a big tropical lagoon.

I just saw a poll of Las Vegas bests which rated Mirage's pool tops in LV. A slight surprise since Mandalay's system is so much bigger and more diverse, but the atmosphere at Mirage is a little cozier.

I am afraid Bellagio is younger than decade. When I was in LV 5 years ago it was only building.
Please let me know, where you have seen the pool review.
That's what is more important for us than rooms. Basically I'd love some greenery around and shaded areas (free of charge).

Dear vegasgal,

The pools in LV are as diverse as the casinos and, as a result, different pools appeal to different tastes. Even though new casinos still open every year (and constantly attempt to out-do each other in every respect) IMHO no one has yet to surpass The Mirage's pool as far as overall beauty, comfort and relaxation. There may be newer ones but none better.

My list:
1. The Mirage--A tropical paradise
2. Hard Rock Hotel--Sandy beach, hard bodies
3. Rio Suites--Sandy beach, great entertainment pool-side
4. Caesars Palace--Venus pool. If you've been, you know why
5. Mandalay Bay--Very expansive

The question "Are there 3 waterslides" was not answered yet. Anyone know - are there waterslides?

Hi, yes it has three water slides. No they aren't the most spectacular. One is pretty good and curvy, but the others are simply kiddy slides (into the smaller, kiddy pool I might add.)

If you want slides, then go to Mandalay or MGM or the nearby water park.

If you want the nicest Adult pool with a little bit of "slide fun", then Mirage is fine. But the slides aren't the reason to go. It's mostly the landscaping, people watching, and drink service that makes the Mirage worth it.
