Michelin Ratings for NYC

Don't miss today's article about the new Michelin ratings for NY restaurants. Pretty interesting, although we all have our own opinions and favorite reviewers anyway. 11/02/2005

Only 4 restaurants received 3 stars (the most), and 3 of them are French. Go figure.

But at least it's not a popularity contest like Zagat's, which has become a joke and is only good for locations & overviews.

Europeans care a lot about the ratings.

I've read that Mario Botteli (sp?) of Babbo is super ticked by his one star rating.
