Maui sunset time for Nick's Fishmarket?

We will be in Maui for our anniversary Dec 2, we decided to eat at Nick's, what time should I make reservations for to see the sunset? Any certain table recommendation? Thanks so much!

j12, I just topped a previous post for you with websites where you plug in the dates for Maui sunset times. Also, you should request a table outside with a sunset view. If you make reservations through Nick's website, you can make the table request at the same time. Enjoy!

Those reservations seem a little late if you want to catch all the colors before the sun actually goes down. Obviously, that's more difficult to do in the winter months. We were lucky this last week in June with 6:30 reservations for the 7:15 sunset. If you can move your reservations up to 5:00 or 5:15 that might be better.

You are going to love Nick's at sunset but make sure you request an outside "oceanfront" table when you book it. I did that for our family of 4 in mid-May (made the reservation in late March) and we got the BEST table in the house - or at least on the patio. It was absolutely awesome. The sunset view was breathtaking. (Everyone was envious of our table!) If there are only 2 of you, you will even be one step closer to the sunset than we were (which was the middle table right behind the front table for 2).
This was our first 5 star restaurant and let me tell you, it was quite a dining experience. Amazing service and so much fun! Aloha and Happy Anniversary!
