Maui-Children's Luau
When we were in Maui 4 years ago I remember hearing about a luau which was performed by children. We couldn't fit it in at the time but I thought I would try and go if I ever returned.
We ARE returning in March but I can't find any trace of it in the guidebooks. Is it still performed and if so does anyone have the details?
Thanks

This may be what you are referring to. It's at the Cannery Mall in Lahaina. The site says there is a free Keiki Hula show every Saturday. I remember seeing signs for this while we were there a few weeks ago.

There are no luaus performed by children.
Besides the keiki (kids)performance that MrsJenn mentioned, these luaus are good for kids:
Royal Lahaina Luau - They have a special kids menu in addition to the regular menu. Kids (to a certain age) get in free with paid adults.
Drums of the Pacific Luau at Hyatt
2008 Rates:
* Adults - $92.00
* Teens - $61.00 (ages 13-20 years)
* Children - $49.00 (ages 6-12 years)
* Infant: (5 and under) Free

The Sugar Cane Train Dinner train featured a Paniolo BBQ and show with keiki hula, but, sadly, it was discontinued this month.
We loved it and have been taking our visitors here for many years. We will miss it.

Apologies if it seemed that I was ignoring you-we have a new computer and I had already posted in response but it looks as if I pressed the wrong keys!
I think that the one at Napili Kai is what I had heard of-I had some memory of it being on a Tuesday.
Thank you all.
