Hi wilikinia,
I've used a variety of websites, and personally, if you are looking for a great deal, you can always use priceline or hotwire. for packages, i think expedia is great, and you have more flexibility to set your itinerary and choose hotels i just checked today and packages (with flight and hotel and car) run from $1,200 to $2,500 - $3,000 for a 1 week stay in Sept. the high end hotels include all the ones you mention plus the fairmont in wailea (where i highly recommend staying in maui)

The Four Seasons does not participate in the cut rate programs and auctions.
They have their own packages and sales on their website, and they will work with some agencies on packages.
Sales/auctions can usually be found for places like Hyatt and Kea Lani if you look around.
