Go to Tripadvisor.com and type in this hotel under "search". You should get reviews.

From what I understand, they are still renovating (or building additional villas). I'd call and ask.

I did check trip advisor, and one review was griping, the other was singing it's praises..(they stayed in a villa), and it sounds like the first couple had a regular room with cleanliness issues and service complaints..

I like to see if local people may have good info. too when I post here..

it is sort of a timeshare special offer and evens out to fifty per night.. not bad for the location.

I'm not a local, but I vacationed there. The villa we stayed at was absolutely beautiful. However, there was ongoing construction. From what I have recently read, there is still more construction going on. I'm not surprised you received a very good offer to stay there. Again, I'd call, but that's just me.
