I realize this is 10 year old info, but we had an omelet in a cafe on a northwest corner of the downtown that was unequalled before or since. I know chefs and cooks come and go, but this was SO good, it's worth inquiring. It seemed like the street was about two streets up from Lake Superior. Hope you can find it!

Hi Little Tiny. I've spoken to my friend Jim and he said if you email him on [email protected] he will help you out as he is from Marquette. Cheers!

Thanks, Peteralan and your friend Jim--I appreciate your kindness and generosity--I will e-mail.
And thanks tomboy--that omelet sounds amazing--I'm glad you had such a memorable experience, and I will definitely look for that cafe!
