Marco Island Condo?
We plan to visit Marco Isand next April (05)
Have two teenagers 14 & 17. We are looking for a 2 bedroom, beach front condo with heated pool, good location. Has someone stayed at a nice condo, price range etc. to share. Thanks

We rented in the South Sea Towers III this past January and enjoyed it.
The beach is close by, there is a heated pool and the buildings are well kept.
I have noticed that there are many rentals for this complex available on www.vrbo.com so that may be a good place to start.
Just a note - these are high rises (19 floors), which was fine with us.
Also, Towers III and IV rent by the week.
Some of the units are more desirable than others, for example, the ones that end in -11 and -12 have wrap-around balconies which are really spacious.
Have fun.

We went to Destin a year ago & found a beach front condo for $800/wk. In checking out condos in Marco Island they seem to range at $1600wk. Anyone have a suggestion for a 2 Bed/Bath condo in a lower price range for a family of four, an a teacher budget??

Hi Sunvalley,
Hope that you are still checking out your post. I was searching www.vrbo.com today for a condo and came across #38120 which may suit the bill for you ($900.00/week for a 2 bedroom high season). Good luck!
