Maine Coast on three days. . what to do?

I've got three complete days on the Maine coast. What would you see?

First, I would go to the Farnsworth Museum in Rockland to see art by Maine artists, then I would go to Waterman's Beach near Owl's Head Light for steamed lobster lunch. Walk off the butter calories with a short hike to Owls Head Light. But, if my husband was with me, scratch the Farnsworth and sub the Owl's Head Transportation Museum. Then find some ice cream to tide me over until supper. Next day do some shopping in Camden, head north to the Cellar Door Winery for a tasting. Put together a picnic lunch for the top of Mt Battie overlooking Camden Harbor. Bring a good book and binoculars. Have lobster for dinner. Drive around the next day looking for more lobster or switch off to fried clams. Who knows where the time goes. It's really good to find a boat ride to see something whether it's out to Monhegan Island or a lighthouse cruise.

Love photography, art, food, scenery. I'm 58 and my wife is 36. Reasonably budget minded.

Can I see Arcadia National Park/Bar Harbor as well as the Rockport/Camden area in three days?

I would suggest making Camden/Rockport a stop on the way up to Acadia or just spend one night if you wanted to see the Farnsworth in Rockland. We've stayed in Searsport (camping) and considered doing Acadia as a day trip just for the scenery. Keep in mind Rt 1 to Ellsworth and then the route to Acadia is not very picturesque. It doesn't go along the coast. We like to stop at a big old antiques and old book shop housed in a former chicken coop. Lunch at Just Barb's in Stockton Springs or someplace in Ellsworth. Driving around Mt Desert is wonderful. We're not hikers so I'm sure we've missed a lot. If you don't mind doing a lot of driving it's certainly doable.
