Is anyone familiar with this place? What kind of neighborhood is it in? How far is it from the beach? How does it compare to other places? Is the pool very big? Any info GREATLY appreciated!!!!!

For many years we vacationed at Va. Beach, but now drive a few more hours south and stay in the Carolinas. I have to warn you that the majority of accomodations in Va. Beach are older and not as well maintained as the Carolinas. In the 70's it was the place, and I don't mean to start a debate here, but Va. Beach ain't what it used to be. The beaches are narrow too, eroded by the many storm. Why not try one of the lucious beaches in the Carolinas? I think you'd be glad you did. JMHO of course.

I agree. THere's nothing like Myrtle Beach or Hilton Head, S.C. The beaches are wider, cleaner, and the hotels and condos are newer and nicer. No comparison whatsoever.

Yes, we also like the Carolinas alot and have spend eleven vacations there. However, this time we're going to Va. Beach with the entire extended family, kinda a psuedo family reunion. PLEASE, PLEASE, can anyone tell me about these condos? Or if not, can you recommend a good one, or a good motel/hotel on the water? THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!
