Thanks. I'm a Floridian, but DH is from Cincinnati and doesn't worry much about such things - although he did get stuck in Cleveland for three days when trying to fly home after a Midwest college visit with our oldest son. With that in mind - might he run into weather trouble in February on that road?

Eh, in February, unless it is snowing or has snowed, which he'll know about from the sky and the TV news, it'll be fine. 460's a major road in that area, unless there's some sort of serious snow they'll clear it pretty quickly. I think he'll be fine.
