O. It's the best. It's also a Vegas specific show because of the cool water stage.
Mystere is fine if O is too pricey, but it is more of a traditional Cirque show, like the groups that tour nationally.
I haven't seen Zumanity, but it's too racy for my tastes. Someone else will have to compare that one for you.

If you haven't been to a Cirque show I would highly recommend either "O" or "Mystere". Seen both. I preferred Mystere. My wife preferred "O". I think "O" appeals more to the artistic side while "Mystere" is more into the physical/acrobatic. Both productions are top notch, albeit spendy.

I guess it depends on what interests you the most.
I loved both O and Zoomanity, totally different from each other. There are a lot of people that I wouldn't suggest see Zoomanity, it is VERY racy, sexual and adventurous (hardly porn, I'd be mad if I paid for porn and got that! haha!)
Haven't seen Mystere but of course it is the original show!

I haven't been to Zoomanity.
At the time that I and a friend saw O and Mystere, each of us had seen many other Cirque shows. Both of us felt that the first-time Cirque viewer would prefer Mystere and that others would prefer O. It's nearly impossible to go wrong with either.

I've seen all three and here is my list in order of prefference:
1) Zumanity - It was the most lively and personal albeit sexual (not pornographic!)It also has the most crowd participation.
2) "O" - because of the massive amounts of special effects concerning H2O.
3) Mystere - least favorite. If watching some Mongolian put his head up his ass is your thing, then this would be for you!

Oooh, I am sooo excited to see Zumanity now! I have tix with four girlfriends to watch the show from bar stools in Vegas next month. We were deciding between O and Zumanity but opted for Zumanity to get the cheap seats ($65/ea). Also, I personally am very curious to see this show, based on what I read about it on their Web site. FYI... It's ZUmanity as in HUmanity as opposed to ZOOmanity, although it may appear to be somewhat of a zoo of a show.

I've seen O, Mystere and Zumanity (as well as several of Cirque's traveling shows). In my opinion, the first Cirque show you see becomes your favorite, each is similar to the others and they become a bit repetitive.
Anyway, if possible I would see both O and Mystere. I preferred Mystere and it also gets a higher ranking (from over 100 people) at ratelasvegas.com
Ka is beginning to get rave reviews, but so far only 4 people have posted.
