Las Vegas Love Show

I'd really like to go to Vegas and check out the Show that plays the beatles music. Any info would be great.

I've seen several Cirque shows- I'm a big fan- and it is my least appreciated. I'm a Beatles fan and that is what attracted me. I loved the music. The sound quality was excellent and the audio experience was moving and emotional.
Visually, though, I was not as impressed as other Cirque productions. I'm always in awe of the athleticism and showmanship and I admit that I saw "Love" in its infancy, but I'm not sure that the visual presentation can ever compete with the emotional attachment that Beatles fans have to The Fab Four. That's where the audio supercedes the visual and, possibly, diminishes the standard acrobatic fare.
Cirque fans, have I over analyzed?

I thought it was great and didn't want the show to end. The sound and the visual were complementary. There waw quite an assortment of odd colorful characters, sets, and contraptions. There was a performance, by a woman on a rope, that was jaw-dropping.

You could search this forum for discussion that we have had about seating for the show. You don't want to get too close.

There is actually a video display, a huge one on one wall, but it is not at all necessary to have a view of it. The live action is much more interesting.

I've seen LOVE twice. I think it's a great show. It is less acrobatic than the other Cirque shows in Las Vegas (I've seen them all more than once, except for Zumanity). It is really all about the music. We thought it was very entertaining. If you're a Beatles fan, I think you will love it.

Is it possible to get any discount tickets to this show or is it too new?

We saw "Love" in Vegas a couple months ago, or at least we saw about an hour's worth of it before the stage floor hydraulics failed and they had to cancel the remainder of the show and refund our money. I am of the Age of Aquarius so I love the Beatles, but it was a bit frustrating because they never played any song all the way through in "Love," just a few bars. I've seen several Cirque shows in Vegas and thought "O" was the most impressive for the amazing engineering feat of the stage, pools, and aerials as well as the performers' talent and timing(although I can't see Cirque shows too often. About once a year is all I can take.). My biggest criticism of "Love" was its approach: purely chronological. Not a very novel idea.
