LV off strip hotels with shuttles to strip

We will be passing through Las Vegas on way home and are looking for a hotel just off highways that have shuttles to strip .

There are several with shuttles to the airport but Vegas isn't really a 'shuttle sort of town'. There are numerous taxis . . .

(There are free shuttles between some sister casinos/hotels)

Why not just stay on the Strip? There are usually plenty of good value options.

The Gold Coast is just off the freeway, west of the Flamingo exit (I-15). It is usually bargain priced, has a shuttle to the strip, or you could walk it in a pinch.

The Orleans is just west of the Tropicana Exit & also has shuttle to the strip, maybe 10am to midnight, something like that.

The M Resort is a few miles south of LV and has an infrequent shuttle back & forth to the strip.

Thanks for replying. Will look into suggestions,
We have stayed on the strip before and is time just going one night on way home.
As for staying on strip really do not like the traffic Plus the charges for parking .
Would much rather stay close to highway for easy get out in morning.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn just off the highway in December. They have a free shuttle to Mandalay Bay. It is just about two miles or so straight up to MB. No complaints and I enjoyed being off the strip.

I have never paid for parking. Is that something new?

Apparently a lot of hotels are charging for at least some of their parking, I read an article on it and it varies a lot. Sometimes it is just valet. Kind of confusing. It would certainly make me think twice about dropping by a casino to look around and play a few slots.
