Lunch on the Turquoise Trail

Flying from the East coast very early arriving at ABQ around 3:00pm. We are driving to Santa Fe and planning to follow the Turquoise Trail. Can you recommend a place we might stop on the way for lunch?
Thank you.

The only place I have eaten is Mine Shaft Tavern in Madrid, which is popular and fun with good burgers and fries. It can get crowded at lunchtime.

At the suggestion of a local we tried Mama Lisa's Ghost Town Kitchen and No Pity Cafe. Wow! It was delicious. The gallery owner who recommended it said " Less of her food comes off the truck than any other restaurant in Madrid". Great soups and salads, and her housemade gelato was excellent.

If you don't get off the plane until 3:00 PM +/-, you are really talking about an early dinner in Madrid rather than a very late lunch by the time you pick up the rental car and get out of Albuquerque.

Maybe a cup of coffee and a piece of pie: any recommendations for that, anyone?
