We will be in Madrid this summer for a couple of days, and would like to have dinner at a restaurant that has the best paella in your opinion!!!! It can be an upscale restaurant, or a more local one. We have enjoyed both in the past. It's been a while since we have been to Madrid and I am sure there are many new restaurants.
