Lunch in Philly on a Monday

I am taking a customer out to lunch on a Monday in May. We'll be leaving from the Philadelphia Marriott in Center City. Any ideas on a nice place within walking distance?

Cost is no object, open to any type of cuisine except sushi. Thanks!

Go to Capital Grill on Broad Street. It's a great biz lunch spot.
