Looking for Restaurant Recommendations in League City, Texas
Calling all Houston area restaurant experts!
We are spending Saturday through Tuesday in League City, Texas, and are looking for some quality restaurants to try.
We like just about any kind of cuisine, and any price range is fine, too. We'd like to try one nice "special" restaurant, along with some inexpensive, but good "hole in the wall" types.
Thanks for any help you can provide!

I see you've gotten few replies. I lived in Houston for 30 yrs and had some legal work for a few wks in League City once. There realy wasn't any good food in League City, you have to go elsewhere. Kemah's seafood is good, I second that.

We don't necessarily need the restaurants to be right in League City. We are going to the Super Bowl, and have heard that traveling in Houston can be a nightmare. We were just looking for unique places that will be somewhat near where we're staying, so we can avoid the traffic hassles. I appreciate the suggestions!

Alexandra, you will honestly have no problem finding all kinds of good places to eat in the general Clear Lake area.
Just drive north or south along I-45 between El Dorado and Leauge City exits, as well as up and down both Nasa Road One and Bay Area Boulvard (off I-45 to the east) and you will have many, many choices.
I would go to the Kemah Boardwalk for your "special" night since there will be many places to choose from in a small area there. I hear The Aquarium is really good, as well as unique.
I agree that this week/weekend will be a time to stay out of the main Houston traffic, when possible.
