Looking for Destination Ideas

Hello,

I am looking for destination ideas for a birthday trip with my husband in July. I would like to go to a really nice hotel in an outdoorsy location with a good spa and fun activities that we could sign up for. I remember going to Crater Lake as a kid and really loving that, but want to go somewhere I haven't been. Am open to mountains and lakes, dude ranch style, or desert health spa ideas.

Please help, thanks!

Not sure what your budget is, but you could check out Paws Up for a glamping/fly-fishing vacation on the Blackfoot River in Montana.

Or the Ranch at Rock Creek.

Try looking up Enchantment in Sedona or Amangiri in southern Utah.

From what I see Amangiri is somewhat over the top.

You may want to look into Flathead Lake Lodge in Big Fork Montana.

What is your budget and does it have to be in one of the listed states? Without knowing more, my vote is for Dunton Hot Springs http://duntonhotsprings.com/ It's one of the most unique and fun places we've stayed at in the US.

you should always state your budget, giving the actual $ amount per day, so that we can be of most help.
