Looking for a cool place to get re-married

Can anyone recommend a fun place to get married? We wanted pictures since we never had a traditional wedding.

hmmm...whatcha have in mind? Elvis? Gondolas? Midevil?

I got married there in November, but we went the more traditional route with Monte Carlo. There is an awesome Vegas wedding forum over at www.weddingchat.com. It's under the "Destination Weddings" heading. I started a huge list of everything Vegas that another bride-to-be has since taken over.

There are tons of options. You just need to decide on what you want and what you want to spend. I'll help as much as I can.

good luck!

Where are you? Try Skamania Lodge in Washington state. It sits in the Rockies and is a ski lodge but in the spring the flowers are in bloom. They have a champagne brunch on Sundays that is well worth the trip.
OR if you want free flowers..try the National Rose Garden in Portland Oregon in about mid June every type of rose in every color is in bloom. There is also a Japanese Garden there that is very beautiful and tranquil. Congrats.

Did the Hyatt on Maui for our 10 year anniversary. The vow-renewal package has all kinds of a la carte options for pictures, flowers, food, hawaiian dancers etc...to fit every budget. The wedding coordinator there is awesome! I think I spent about $2,500 for the ceremony (including photos) and about $1500 for dinner afterwords. There were 16 of us.

snarla, I was wondering about that, made me read it twice
If I were to renew vows, I would want my children with me since they weren't the first time and I would like somewhere naturally beautiful.
So since Paris is out for now
I think Northern California, along the coast, a beach- Hawaii, Jamaica, Bermuda, or if you don't live here, NYC- Many photo ops in NYC..carriages in the Park, lakes and fountains in the Park, the skyline, the buildings.
Hmmm, this is a nice idea, think I might go talk to my Yankee husband about this~

I know my recommendation will not be super glamorous but how about Cape May, NJ? I love all the Victorian houses in that area and I know, through reading the travel guide, that many huge B&Bs in that area host weddings for either the ceremony or reception. I don't know where you live or when you are getting married, but a July or August wedding in Cape May would appeal to me as a bride or a guest.
